1.1 General Shipping Information
All Pebby products support shipping within the US, with free shipping.
All Pebby products are shipped directly from our international suppliers to the shipping address you provide at checkout.
Our "Free Shipping + Tracking" ($0.00) option takes approximately 7 to 15 business days (after shipment), depending on the product. Normally, we will ship within 3 business days of receiving payment, depending on your location.
We provide a tracking number for each order so you can track its status online.
Note: In special circumstances (such as strikes, customs delays, supply shortages, or force majeure), delivery times may be extended by several business days.
We guarantee your order will be delivered. If the product is lost or damaged in transit, we will provide a full refund. All shipments are insured against loss.
1.2 Insured Shipping
If your order has not been delivered 50 business days after the shipping date, we will provide a full refund.
Note: Depending on the order, you may receive multiple packages as products are shipped from different suppliers. It is normal for some items in your order to arrive earlier than others.
1.3 Shipping Tracking
Your order will be shipped via postal or courier service and a tracking number will be provided. Once generated, we will send you the tracking number via email immediately—usually within 3-5 business days of receiving payment.
We will inform you via email how to track your package.
2.Terms and Conditions - Delivery
2.1 Correct Address Information
Please provide your shipping address carefully and completely to ensure successful delivery. Pebby will only ship items to the address you provided during the order placement process.
2.2 No One to Pick Up the Package
Please ensure someone is home to receive the package upon delivery. Postal or courier services will typically attempt delivery up to three times. If no one is home, the package will be placed at the nearest post office or parcel locker.
You will typically have 7 calendar days to collect your package. If the package is unclaimed, it will usually be returned to the sender. In this case, we will resend it free of charge.

2.3 Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Pebby is not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
In this case, the logistics company will return the package to the sender. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or an unclaimed package, you are entitled to a refund or free reshipment.
